With almost two decades of experience in advertising, she has helped businesses unlock growth through strategic marketing campaigns. Before founding Eviva, she led the search marketing department at a large national agency, managing multimillion-dollar advertising campaigns for major brands. Driven by a passion to bring big-brand marketing strategies to small and medium-sized businesses, she launched Eviva.
Today, her team of developers, designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals excels at delivering digital marketing success for clients looking to dominate online.
Jen thrives in strategy mode – seeing the big picture and putting together plans that actually work. Her passion lies in growing teams, refining processes, and developing leaders. Raised on a Wisconsin dairy farm, Jen carries a strong work ethic into everything she does, whether it’s defining marketing strategies or mentoring others.
In her 20-year career, she’s focused on building long-lasting relationships across many industries, and loves empowering others to create plans that drive real results. Whether improving operations internally or guiding marketing strategy for clients, Jen enjoys making a meaningful impact at Eviva while staying focused on people and their success.

Alex brings a dynamic and diverse background to the team. After starting his career in law enforcement, Alex made the natural transition into the trades as a 4th-generation tradesman as a plumber and eventually became a licensed General Contractor, launched an insulation franchise that became the highest-producing new location in franchise history during his first year, and started investing in real estate.
Following the successful sale of his company, Alex joined Eviva, where his experience in sales, business ownership and development, and marketing uniquely supports the growth of both the team and clients.
